Birthdays at Candeeland

Book the room. We'll bring the noise.

A private party room for an hour that's entirely yours — 15 kids with grip socks on all of them, two adults free per child, and a half hour before you start to get the decorations up.

How it works

Your hour is really an hour and a half

We book parties on a flat hour — 3:00 to 4:00, say. But the room opens to you 30 minutes before that so you can decorate and lay the food out, and we take 30 minutes after to reset it. Nobody's rushing you in, nobody's rushing you out.

3–5 days before

Waivers go out

Send us your guest list and we email every family a waiver. They sign at home, on their phone, in about two minutes.

2:30 PM

Doors open for you

Come in through the back, set the table, tape up the banner. Included — you're not paying for this half hour.

3:00 – 4:00 PM

The party

The room is yours. Cake, presents, chaos. A staff member works the front and checks your guests in, so you're not running the door.

4:00 PM

We reset the room

Clear your food and decorations back to the car, and we clean it top to bottom for the next family — the same way it was clean for you.

Why the waivers matter more than you'd think: every guest needs one signed before they can check in. Families who sign at home walk straight through. Anyone who shows up without one waits at the desk until it's done — which, on a Saturday, is the difference between a party that starts on time and one that doesn't.

One thing worth knowing: parties don't run in our first open hour or our last. Those are the hours we're either still waking the park up or winding it down, and neither is the version of Candeeland you want for a birthday.

The details

What we bring, what you bring

There's no package to pick and no menu to order from. You get the room and the jumping; the cake is your call.

What's included

  • The private party room for your booked hour, plus 30 minutes before to set up
  • 15 kids — all jumping, all with grip socks included
  • Up to 2 adults free per child for the length of the party
  • A staff member at the front checking your guests in
  • Tables, chairs and trash handled — we clean the room after

What you bring

  • Your own food and drinks — ready to serve, since there's no cooking or heating in the building
  • Your own decorations — no rules beyond what you can take down again
  • Use our loading area and service elevator at the back of the store to bring it all in
  • Please don't walk food through the mall — the back way is easier anyway

More than 15 kids? Bring them. Each additional child is $15 admission, and every one of them still gets two adults in free for the party. On the day you can put the extras on the party bill, or let each family pay their own at the desk — your call, no need to decide now.

House rules

Three things we can't bend on

We're a building full of foam and kids, under a mall sprinkler system. These aren't negotiable, and it's much better to know now than at 3:05 with the cake already out.

No sparkler or trick candles

Anything that sparks, smokes, or could trip the sprinklers stays home. Regular candles on the cake are fine — light them, sing, blow them out.

No open flames

Beyond the candles on the cake, nothing burning: no sterno, no warming trays, no lighters left out on the table.

No cooking or food prep inside

Food arrives ready to serve. There's nowhere to heat, cook or prepare it in the building, so plan the menu around that.

Good to know

The questions parents always ask

1

Do the shoes come off?

Not in the party room — you and your guests can keep your shoes on in there the whole time. They come off the moment anyone steps into the park structure.

2

What about grip socks?

Every kid in the party gets a pair, included. Grip socks are required to jump.

Adults only need them if they're getting on the structure — and if you didn't bring a pair, they're $3 at the desk.

3

Can we stay after the hour?

Yes — keep jumping as long as you like. Two things change when the hour ends: the room has to be cleared, so food and decorations go back to your vehicles.

And the two-free-adults-per-child perk runs for the party only. After that it's regular admission — one adult included per child, and any extra adults pay for the time they're in the park.

4

Who needs a waiver?

Every guest, signed before check-in — not just the ones jumping. No waiver on file means waiting at the desk instead of walking in.

Send us your guest list when you book and we'll email everyone 3–5 days ahead. One waiver covers a household for a full year.

Questions

The rest of it

What if we have more than 15 kids?

Every child past the first 15 is $15 admission, and each of them still brings two adults in free for the party. Put the number in the form so the room and the grip socks are ready — and on the day you can either add the extras to the party bill or have each family pay their own at the desk.

Can we light candles on the cake?

Regular birthday candles, yes. No sparkler or trick candles, and no other open flame anywhere in the building — the sprinkler system doesn't have a sense of humor about it.

Can we heat up the pizza or bring a crockpot?

No — there's no cooking, heating or food prep inside the building. Everything needs to arrive ready to serve, so plan the menu around cold or already-hot-when-it-gets-here.

Does every guest really need a waiver?

Yes — everyone entering the park, jumping or not, and it has to be signed before check-in. Send us your guest list once you've booked and we'll email waivers 3–5 days ahead so nobody's standing at the desk filling out a form while the party starts without them. One waiver covers a household for a year.

Can we book two hours?

Yes. It's the same $250 per hour, and the 30 minutes of setup time before you start is still included either way.

How do we get the cake and food in?

Through the back. There's a loading area and a service elevator behind the store — much easier than carrying a sheet cake across the mall, and the mall prefers it too.

How far ahead should we book?

As far as you can. Weekend slots go first and they go fast — if you know the date, lock it in.
